Team Roles

Titan has several roles with different permission levels.

Agency Roles

Agency Admin - Full access to all features - Manage team members - Billing and settings - View all accounts

Agency Member - View accounts assigned to them - Apply recommendations - View reports - Cannot manage team or billing

Business Roles

Business Owner - Full access to account - Manage team - Billing and settings

Business Member - View access - Apply recommendations - Cannot manage team

Changing Roles

Admins can change member roles from the Team page.
